Liked: all good, clean, close to where I needed to be, very helpful staff (had issues with my phone and they booked taxi for me), good breakfast, very comfy beds.
Disliked: the ventilation was quite noisy but with earlplugs was ok.

Liked: The room itself was very nice. The bathroom was super clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The King bed was most comfy. There was alot of room in the room.
Disliked: The room was super noisy. There was a dog barking down the hall. Some kids were running up and down the hall knocking on doors and then running away. This happened to our room twice. The room above us had a pet that did nothing but scratch at the floor in a rapid digging motion followed by presumably the owner yelling at the pet. I went to the front desk three times and only on the third time did someone finally come out to assist me. In fact on one of the three times a fellow guest and I managed to make and drink cups of coffee before giving up and deciding we’d try the desk later. There was no bell or call button at the front desk to alert anyone we were there waiting.
