Very good

Liked: The staff was excellent, always checking in to see if everything was okay and went above and beyond expectations.
Disliked: Room cleanliness wasn’t quite where I would have expected.

Better Than Expected

Liked: I travel to Eugene often to visit family. My experience with other hotels in Eugene has ben that, being a college town, the hotels are well used and not the cleanest. The Hampton Inn on the other hand is very clean, and the stafff is very polite. I will be staying there again when I visit family in West Eugene.

Poor

Disliked: Housekeeping should be every day and not 'upon request'. It's a hotel, daily housekeeping is expected. If not provided I should get a $50 per day credit.

Wonderful

Liked: The most options and “homemade” food style I’ve seen in a hotel.
Disliked: No spa, but pool was heated which was nice. Also elevators were shockingly cold haha, almost a shock to your body when you walked into one lol.
