Pleasant staff, clean room, fresh...

Liked: Good selection, seemed fresh. Location was good but didn't see around the corner for the rest of the goodies. Like the bagels, muffins and waffle station. I did not catch her name but one of the staff members from the kitchen came over and let my kids pick a toy from a treasure box. That was very sweet and she was so nice. Charity at the desk for check in was pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: The pool needs attention. The bottom was dirty and the above the water line looks like it has years of grime caked on the wall. That grossed me out. Our room had some sort of mildew smell coming from the vent. That did not seem safe to breathe but we dealt with it for one night. If it was to be more than that I would have asked to be moved. Our heat/air didn't seem to work correctly either. It was a bit chilly (67) so we bumped it up but the heat wouldn't kick on until we raised it to 77. Then it got too hot so we would have to lower it back to 68. Again, it was one night so we dealt with it.

Disliked: Couldn't raise the thermostat. Temp wouldn't go above 69°.

Disliked: Room we stayed in was very noisy being right next to I 90.
