Very poor experience, do not...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: No hot water and no response from the staff or manager to address our concerns. Hotel is dated, not a good value. When you traveling on interstate 95, your needs are a good bed and hot shower. No hot water is not acceptable. The staff was not helpful and they said the manager would call. I called twice with no response.

Liked: It was clean and pet friendly. A good place to stay.
Disliked: It was a little bit more expensive than comparable hotels, I thought.

Liked: I thought breakfast was lacking in variety of fruit The coffee was good but could use items such as cinnamon, vanilla and different flavored creamers
Disliked: Pool was cold and hot tub lukecwarm

Disliked: The non-smoking room had a faint Oder of cigarette smoke and front desk staff schooled me on making absolutely sure that the pet sign stay on the outside door knob during our stay. However, every time we went out of and back into the room, the sign fell onto the floor inside of the room. It was a big fat nuisance. Perhaps Hilton should come up with a better system or at least a better designed sign, maybe magnetic.
