Liked: The location was good and the variety was also good. The only thing that might have made it better would have been pancakes.
Disliked: The ability to comfortably sleep a family of 5 in one room (there was not an option of a family suite and my children would not sleep on a cot.

Liked: This hotel was generally decent, plenty of parking, staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast servers. Comfy beds and generally clean in the rooms.
Disliked: First night, there was a bucket of cleaning materials outside the door, it was like housekeeping finished for the day and thought leaving their equipment in the hallway until the next morning would be okay. It's a bad look (red flag) for a reputable hotel and something a quick walkthrough by a manager would have addressed. I also noticed a pillowcase (extra) laying on the floor after housekeeping took care of the room, not dirty just careless. Hot tub jets did not work the first night we were there. Seems pretty typical in hotels these days that amenities are not always up to par (and it's not like the guests get comped). Apparently one of the customers was a contractor and found the problem immediately (before the hotel could get somebody to fix it). I hope they took care of him. Price (in my opinion) was maybe on the high side and felt like I could have got a better value staying closer to Bar Harbor (our destination), albeit maybe a little more expensive.
