It need a lot of...

Liked: The location was great .
Disliked: It ac was not working properly.The smell of weed in the parking lot and corridor.The staff was very unfriendly also the manager was so rude that I wanted to leave .They loss my id .I know it fell in the key area .

Perfect pitstop after a 9hr...

Liked: Great location for what we needed. Landed in Tampa, easy drive down. Comfortable 1 night stay, parking and a great breakfast included.

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: All staff interactions were fantastic! Everyone fixed an issue or were just very friendly!
Disliked: The shower in our room was either lukewarm or scalding hot, no inbetween!

Hotel wasn’t awful but needs...

Liked: Close to I75. Close to great shopping.
Disliked: Hotel needs a facelift. Outdated rooms … carpeting … decor … bathrooms, etc. Towels didn’t smell too fresh. Sometimes the lobby smelled like a dirty mop. Hotel is WAY overpriced for the caliber. Recently stayed at a nearby Hyatt for much better price and Hyatt did not charge extra “pet fee” on top of already high room price. Hyatt was a nicer hotel for much lower price.
