Pleasant

Liked: Wonderful coffee and muffins but the muffins didn’t last long.
Disliked: There was a dirty cup in front of the TV for3 days

The most comfortable bed in...

Liked: The room was extra wide, the king bed was super comfortable with soft linen and lots of fluffy pillows. Full breakfast with lots of choice. Staff is friendly and pleasant to interact with.

Not great, would likely not...

Liked: It was clean and well appointed. It was very nice to have written insturctions on how to use the TV/remote. First time I have seen that and it was great!
Disliked: It was very noisy during the night in our room, with a very noisy refrigerator, and also heating/cooling system. Also plumbing noise from adjacent room, led to very poor sleep. We got stuck in the elevator briefly too. Breakfast was not great - food only lukewarm and not particularly tasty
