Very good

Liked: location was good for me, current prices were good.
Disliked: Some loose trim pieces in bathroom. Shower curtain doesn't go to the floor so water tends to pool out on the floor.

Overall, good, but work on...

Liked: Very clean - like Monika clean
Disliked: Sound proofing is bad. We could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us, and I’m sure it was the same for them. The mattress squeaked. These are the only two negative things.
