Lovely elegant hotel for a...

Liked: Very nice location in a quiet residential part of town- nowhere near a highway! Classy interior, friendly helpful staff, nice room. Good breakfast- lots of options. Great coffee!!! Nice pool too.
Disliked: Check out clerk had no idea what we were asking about- Roycroft Campus- it's on the National Register of Historic Places- need to bone up on local attractions.

Liked: Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold. Never could get used to the temperature

Family visit

Liked: One of the only hotels in East Aurora. Clean and modern. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Had to book a suite but only needed a room.
