Convenient and Clean property in...

Liked: Plenty of parking right off highway and across a parking lot from a decent steak house.
Disliked: Not much space on property to walk dog. Breakfast coffee wasn't great... watery

It was a good stop

Liked: Like the ease of getting off of 95Customer service was great
Disliked: I didn’t like the wadded up Kleenex behind table. A piece of broken bottle top on counter in bathroom behind Kleenex. No luggage carts!

Disappointing

Liked: Didn't wait for breakfase, left before it was availablee
Disliked: First, most of the problems was caused by Booking.com. After the ticket was purchase, Booking.com advertised that the room rate had dropped. When requested the reduced rate, Booking.com refused to acknowledge the lower rate, They even said the copies of the advertisements showing the original rate and the reduced rate publish by Booking.com wasn't proof of this fact. Also, Booking.com advertisement stated that ad microwave oven was supplied for this room. Not true, it wasn't. The hotel staff said that since we used Booking.com they couldn't make any adjustments. They were sorry that I was screwed, but they couldn't help. They said that booking.com often misrepresents the amenities provided. The dishonesty and lack effort to correct the problem by Booking.com was disappointing to me and I won't use them any more.

Hampton happy

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. Nicely decorated with places to sit and relax or watch TV besides the bed. The bed was so comfortable, and the shower was great with lots of amenities. I appreciated the grab bar in the shower. Check out wasn't until 12, which made it you didn't have to rush. I would highly recommend it.
Disliked: I really can't think of a thing except the parking. There was a restaurant next door that used up all the close by parking and the handicapped spaces.
