Liked: The hotel was nice and I loved the added security measures that required the scanning of your room key to access room floors from the elevators. The staff were kind, informative, and professional. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved being so close to Honeymoon Island State Park and other restaurants and activities. Overall, we had a wonderful experience for our first trip to Dunedin.

Disliked: Spigot in bathroom sink is too short. You can’t put your hands under properly with it off to the side and short. Too expensive for the location, dumpy area around hotel.

Liked: Great location! Easy access to all areas we like to visit. Breakfast was convient, hot and tasty !The ladies that ran the breakfast area did a wonderful job of keeping the area spotless and made sure all the food stayed well stocked and hot! Bless you ladies.

Disliked: I reserved a room with a king sized bed, but they didn't have one for me when I arrived. They offered no break in price or any other compensation for not fulfilling their room commitment to me. The check-in person (Rick on name tag) was exceedingly slow. What should have taken five minutes for a check-in took over a half hour. At one point he said they had a handicap king sized room available but when I said I'd accept that, it suddenly was no longer available.
