Liked: The smiles tell you all
Disliked: I was charged 3 times for my dog. I paid cash $50 for the 2 night stay. Then on my credit card it has 2 $50 charges for a grand total cash and 2 charges comes to $150.

So, so bad.

Liked: Not really anything
Disliked: Located in a nearly vacant shopping mall, huge potholes, overgrown weeds choking out any remaining landscaping. Tiny parking lot, people parking wherever they could. I ended up parking behind the building where it was very dark, as a single woman traveler, I did not feel safe. For a Hilton property this was unacceptable. I need to submit a more in depth report because there are some serious things that need to be addressed.

Loud kids all hours and...

Disliked: Teenagers staying there had the run of the hotel at all hours of the night. Woke us up every night multiple time after midnight. Informed the hotel staff both nights but nothing seemed to be done about it. TV did not work with out signing up for an account. Was not remedied. Shower would not drain fast enough, standing in 3 inches of water the whole time.
