location great; easy on/off freeway;...
Liked: location was great; didn't stay for breakfast
Disliked: signage ........not clear which drive lead to entry....had to get into the shopping center and drive around before getting to the lobby

Hilton/Hpton inn needs to upgrade...
Disliked: Old facility Old noisy elevators Old furniture but well maintained Bathroom Tub had hairs form previous guest Washer tub clogged water standing 2 inch Ac tooooooo cold or no cold Hot Breakfast is ok needs to improve & add more items. I ate same breakfast here in 2021Needs better entrance doors Need usb charger in lamps in rooms Wifi connection poor Hilton needs to upgrade this good hotel.

Liked: Good location off I-80. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little heavy on carbohydrates, needing breakfast meats.

I want some kind of...
Liked: They cancelled my reservation 1 day before my arrival and my credit card was still charged. I had to stay at another property 45 minutes away and pay double
Disliked: Asst Manager told me they had no rooms due to baseball event that was taking and they was nothing they could do even though I made my reservation months in advance
