Liked: Customer Service and clean.
Disliked: Noise and staff vacuumed at early hours prior to check out.

Room was clean but a bit noisy by the elevators.

The hotel staff was also very friendly.

Liked: I felt the bed and square pillows on king bed were uncomfortable. The room and building were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts we have had in long time. The staff was kind, professional and courteous.

Liked: Clean, smells clean! The staff person who checked us in was so friendly and inviting. It was a great start to our visit. The room was very nice and the beds and pillows so comfortable. The heat/A/C unit was very quiet . I really liked the immediate text I received letting me know to text back if we needed anything. So simple. Location wise we were central to everything..15 minutes from Royal Oak Music Theatre. The coffee was the absolute best
