Liked: Customer Service and clean.
Disliked: Noise and staff vacuumed at early hours prior to check out.

Room was clean but a bit noisy by the elevators.

The hotel staff was also very friendly.

Liked: It was a great location to the highway and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Liked: I recommend the Hampton Inn Detroit Madison Heights South Troy. The lady at check in (I’m sorry for not getting her name) was cheerful, nice and helpful. The hotel and my room were super clean. The breakfast was delicious. The gentlemen (FREDDIE) working the breakfast really cared about the food being served. He was constantly cleaning / wiping down the breakfast area and restocking condiments, drinks and fresh hot food items. I definitely want to give him (FREDDIE) a special shout out due to his attention to detail and friendliness.
