Disliked: We were unaware of the construction going on inside the hotel. They did not tell us in advance and we were given boxed breakfast with nothing that myself or my children wanted to eat. Our TVs did not work well and the sheets did not fit the beds.

Liked: Rooms were okay staff was friendly, location was nice right across from the mall.
Disliked: No breakfast they offered in to go boxes. The fridge in the room was loud and making noise the whole stay. The pool was freezing cold.

Disliked: The condition of the hotel was absolutely run down, shabby and dirty! The carpet in the room was cracked and dirty. The furniture in the lobby was also stained and shabby.Absolutely unacceptable and outrageous for a price of >$500 for three nights.Spoken to the front desk clerk, the answer was "I'm sorry to hear. The hotel runs a renovation process". Sometimes, it would be bettet to just say nothing......
