Great visit despite the construction

Liked: The hotel was under construction but the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Pleasant

Disliked: The staff told me that the pool was heated but it was actually freezing. I only chose this hotel because of the pool for my kids, so that was a big let down, but they managed to rally and play in it for a while.

Poor

Liked: The location was close to my family and all the things we enjoy.
Disliked: The property never stated they were conducting a major renovation. The parking lot was full of equipment and supplies along with nails etc. it was dusty and they turned the water off without notifying any customers. When we addressed management about everything they stated there was nothing they could do.

Superb

One out of 10, this...

Liked: The pool around the pool was clean, however the bottom of the pool was peeling making it hard to swim. Also, the shower area was extremely dirty. Could not shower before entering the pool.
Disliked: I did not like the pool area and how the set up for the rooms were. The hotel seems to be out dated and needs some touch ups. This hotel would be better fit for accomodating for the elderly or a one day travel stay but not set up for family stay.

Exceptional

Liked: It was clean. It was newly remodeled. Everyone was so friendly. Great breakfast too.
Disliked: The only issue we had is that the bathtub did not drain appropriately
