Shockingly bad

Liked: Most disappointing stay I've ever had at a Hampton Inn.
Disliked: Ice machine knocking all night long. $373 for one night Ran out of nearly everything at breakfast. No hot food, no oatmeal, no juice, no milk for cereal, refrigerator with yogurt was in the danger zone temperature, only decaf coffee, no forks, no pastries. Shockingly bad for this normally consistent brand. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn unless something is done to make this right.

Liked: The location was very good for our needs. Our room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping did a good job.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay. The hot foods weren’t that great.

Liked: The person who set up breakfast in the morning was wonderful! For the level of the restaurant and the price, the breakfast was great. Great access to the campus and student housing.
