Disliked: The pillow toooooo soft… and coffee not great dark roasts taste as thick… too much watery coffee… pool close by mechanic and also no Spa… online said spa included.

Liked: Very clean hotel and beds real comfortable. Juana from front desk was very helpful and nice all the staff was really nice and great breakfast.
Disliked: I like everything about the property.

Overcharged for pets

Liked: The property was well maintained and the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The reason I gave your motel a 1 rating was the fee I was charged for our pet that stayed with us. When I was booking the property, the website said dogs were welcome, but nowhere could I find what the cost was. When I checked in I signed a sheet that said the cost was $75. I was furious. If I could have cancelled I would have. We had stayed at another motel, Staybridge, and their charge was $25. Also stayed at a ma & pop place and their charge was $20. I will never stay at one of your motels ever again, with or without our dog.
