Liked: Breakfast was average, more fruit needed. Real sausage, hash browns, choice of eggs,
Disliked: Couldn't close curtains all the way for darkness in sleeping. The TV should have more things available that don't have to be paid for.

Disliked: The entry door of the room had splatters of fluid all over it and the black out curtains had lots of stains on them.The air conditioning/ heating system was far too loud to keep it running over night.

Liked: We did notice a slight odor when the air conditioner kicked on. We would love to have had biscuits and gravy on the breakfast menu. Everything else was good. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was super friendly.

Liked: It was a pleasant stay. The room was fair and mostly decent looking. The size was nice as well. I adored the "Welcome Felicia" on the screen. I thought that was very welcoming. I loved the breakfast didn't end too early, and it was very appetizing. I liked that our room was on the first floor and right by the exit door to the car.
Disliked: I had called several times that morning beginning at like 5 am to get an early check in so I could decorate the room for my husband. The 1st lady that answered was very pleasant and told me to c/b a little later and that I could probably check in at 12 or 1. I continued to call a few more times that morning and the 2nd person that answered wasn't as friendly and thought out calling up until like 2, continued to say no rooms were available. My daughter even went up there at like 12:30 and had no luck. I found that hard to believe no rooms were clean by 12. So I was a little upset that I couldn't checked on earlier than 2pm.The morning after the other customers were pretty loud when going down the hallway. I had the room decorated for my husband birthday so balloons were on the floor. I noticed they picked up quite a bit of hair and dust from the floor. That kind of disgusted me and influenced me to keep socks or shoes on and not to put my socks under the sheets.
