Disliked: It was dirty a bad location. Picture did not look anything like this place. Very disappointed. There were homeless people outside the front door and people in the parking lot smoking pot. We did not feel safe so we moved to another location.

Liked: The breakfast was absolutely perfect, deliciously fresh. However, the lobby and café area were very hot; I thought the A/C might be broken.
Disliked: My room had an underlying wet dog or urine smell that was very annoying and unexpected. There were some huge red ants in my bed, and I managed to crush one of them. I was worried all night that they might bite my toddler. I booked for two beds i got put in a room with one bed.

Liked: They charged me an extra 150 dollars when I saw my credit card bill. I called them at least 5 times to ask what is the bill for, they said they will ask and give me a call back, they never call me back and never return this 150 dollars
