Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: This is an old hotel that’s long overdue for renovation. The furniture, plumbing fixtures, and lighting are all in poor condition. The in-room refrigerators are noisy, and the soundproofing is terrible. The front desk staff is unfriendly. TVs don’t even have YouTube. It’s unclear why the price is the same as other modern, well-renovated hotels in this chain.

Liked: BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. FRONT DESK PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL. BEDS COMFORTABLE.
Disliked: ROOM LIGHTING WAS POOR--NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING TO MAKE THE ROOM UPLIFTING, CHEERFUL.
