Comfortable bed. Rooms out dated.

Liked: They gave us a handicap room (didn’t ask for) A bathtub is not appropriate for a handicap room. Should have a walk in shower. Bed area is very small if a person had a wheelchair. Side chair bottom seat broken. Rooms definitely need to be updated.

Liked: Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: This Hampton inn could use some TLC. Our shower door was broken and they just rigged up a shower curtain on the brackets the shower door hung from. This was less than ideal as water got everywhere because the brackets would slide and the curtain would move. This was a quick fix, that from the looks of the shower curtain, has been this way for quite a while. We stayed 4 days and our rooms did not get cleaned once. They did have signs stating we could request room service or towels if needed but I think days is too long to go with no service Especially because we paid over $300 per night!

Liked: Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel appears to be poorly maintained. No cleaning service during our stay. Room was a bit run down.

Liked: The staff was great from the time we walked in the front door till we walked back out to go home. Everyone was very friendly. Didn't make it for breakfast and that was your alls fault....The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed
