Desk service horrible

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Megan who was working the desk, shampoo, body wash was empty, Hand wash soap was empty. Megan said they check it and replace it. Empty fir two days and they didn't replace it that afternoon, I had to go to the store to purchase these items

Comfortable and clean.

Liked: Overall it was good, but there were some products missing and coming in after we left. I would like to have more Gluten Free choices like muffins or grits.
Disliked: I didn't like that the girl checking me in had a hard time working through booking.com reservation. I had canceled one of 4 rooms weeks beforehand and she didn't have that in on her end.
