Disliked: normally I really like this property. We had a family emergency, My father, who recently came out of heart surgery, collapsed in a restaurant back in our home town and we had to go to the hospital. I told the hotel 2x even to see if instead of a refund maybe a credit on file for out next stay since we have 2 kids in college up at Cortland. I guess I should insure my trips, but at least a credit for a future visit would have been nice. The holiday inn up in Cortland has the best prices anyway and they give us a SUNY discount for the kids being in college. Its the most popular. I have always had a nice stay at this property in the past, but Ill go back to the Holiday Inn.
