More Ups than Downs

Liked: Beds were comfortable, Rooms were up to date, clean and good sized, Bathrooms were spotless with really nice showers, hallways were quiet, breakfast was delicious, most staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: We did experience one staff member who did not seem pleased to be there...didn't give any updates upon check in (ie, times for breakfast, pool, wifi info, etc) or even telling us how to get to our room/what floor, etc. When we called to request extra blankets, we recieved the response of "I'm too busy, you'll have to come get it yourself"...we went downstairs immediately after being told that, and there was no one in the lobby, just the one person on their cellphone. Aside from the above, the stay was great.

Should circumstances bring us to...

Liked: The room is clean, quiet, and modern. The indoor swimming pool was small, but fully equipped, and a large pool really isn't necessary anyway. Check-in was easy. It's relatively close to lots of shopping and restaurants, but only if you have a car. On foot, it's a hike, but that's a minor point. It's all you can ask for in a hotel.
Disliked: Nothing negative to write here. Thanks to all involved for keeping up the property so well!
