Liked: I was waiting on fiancé he was stuck a few hours away. While waiting they gave me the latest checkout they could and made me comfortable down in the lobby while I waited for him.

Poor

Liked: Breakfast food quality and quantity are bad cold boiled eggs served not enough food not enough seating area , customer service wasn’t good , bad attitude , plumbing issues.

Close to Columbus zoo and...

Liked: Location close to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
Disliked: Our rooms ac did not seem to be working properly had it been a hot summer day we would of had to change rooms

Liked: Located in a quiet area but not far from restaurants by car. Staff were very helpful. Clean room, free parking, and great breakfast.

Liked: Easy access to places we needed to go.
Disliked: Elevator getting stuff while we were in there. Found a pill behind bathroom door. The exhaust fan for the bathroom didn’t work for the entire upper floor. Old candy and trash under the pull out couch.

Liked: The location was great. The breakfast was average. Could have had healthier options.
Disliked: The $75 pet fee was extortionate. Discussed with others who travel with pets and this is much more expensive than other chains. This fee will likely prevent me from choosing thos chain again. I also posted the high cost on pet travel sites to warn others.
