Poor Communication and worse breakfast

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: At check-in, we requested a second night. Front desk assured us no problem. Noon the next day, they were banging on our door telling us we needed to check out NOW We were able to get the second night but I was sick (from the eggs at the free breakfast), and it was an unpleasant experience. The person banging on the door was pretty aggressive but when I explained we requested the second night, she backed down and was helpful. So, besides the second night snafu, breakfast was awful. Barely any eggs left and what we did get made me quite sick....throwing up and nauseous.

Disliked: Coffee was consistently luke warm. Made at 6am but by 8 am it was not good. generally refreshed at 10am but I wasn't drinking coffee any longer at that time. Bacon day 1, chicken patties everyday after. Fruit in poor condition and juice machine basically pumped out watered down OJ and apple juice.

Disliked: The room was cold when we came in. We turned the thermostat up but some time in the night it turned back down and the room was very cold through the night.

Disliked: Staff was great. However, I was double billed by Booking and Hampton Inn. Took a lot of phone calls to get things straightened out. Was very stressful for me talking to both companies trying to figure out who was going to reimburse me. Finally the Hampton Inn staff said they would just reimburse me so I didn't have to deal with going back and forth between companies.
