Alright.

Liked: As always, very clean, the rooms are great, have 2 beds and the breakfast is THE BEST!!
Disliked: The elevator in the hotel wasn't working, yes, I understand that it is a possibility that things break. However, my co-worker has a hard time with stairs and when I asked the person at the desk he showed no interest at all in trying to help us with any type of solution. He straight out said "The elevator is broken", which I already knew. The person at the counter didn't even apologize or offer a discount or anything at all. I do love Hampton Hotels, I believe they are the best and when I travel I plan to stay at Hampton. This visit though was very disappointing especially when you chose Hamtom over what my company offered me.

Disliked: Elevator not working! And didn’t tell us until after we checked in. No help getting our luggage upstairs.

Disliked: Elevators were broken and we had to use the stairs. That’s an issue when you can’t walk.

Liked: The employee who checked us in was very friendly and apologetic when a mistake was made. Breakfast was pretty good. Our (correct) room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator was not working. We were originally given keys to a room. When we went inside, the room was already occupied. We went back and got new keys and a new room number. There were no water fountains anywhere. The water temperature in the shower was very sensitive and difficult to find an in-between between very cold and very hot. The provided lotion smelled bad. There was not enough lighting in the room.
