Friendly, helpful and comfortable hotel...

Liked: Incredible level of service and friendliness of hotel staff, in particular Crystal who couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable and enjoyable.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: The hotel was very clean and had very nice rooms. The staff was very polite and helpful.
Disliked: The mattresses were just not very comfortable. Saturday's breakfast was not the best. Sundays breakfast was very good.

Missed the details.

Liked: Spacious rooms & modern.
Disliked: Out of shampoo & conditioner in shower. Didn't discover until during shower. Had to call soaking wet to bring up. They did hurry and apologize. For as new of a hotel carpet was already tore up and elevators dirty floor. Breakfast was just okay.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the staff were kind. The rest of the room was clean and the ac worked well.
Disliked: The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty, there were no water bottles with the coffee maker, the carpet is torn and gross and the shower was dirty.
