Pleasant overnight stop

Liked: It was everything you expect from this type of facility
Disliked: They serve tea and coffee near reception which is nice but there was no decaf coffee at night , only in the daytime. As many people can’t have caffeine at night this was an inconvenient decision

The dishonesty is a bad...

Liked: Good breakfast.
Disliked: I left my iPhone charger in the room. I called and asked for it. They said they’d call back. They never did. I know I left it in the room. Somebody in the housekeeping team is dishonest. Not good.

Ask about amenities important to...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance and it wasn't disclosed at the time of booking. Or at all. My daughter was pretty disappointed. If I had known we probably would have stayed elsewhere - there were plenty of options in the area.
