Disliked: Didn't get the room I reserved. Hotel tried to make it better. It was disappointing.

Liked: Good breakfast and staff were amazing and helpful with my kids at breakfast and in the evening when i needed a water. And when I was leaving just amazing people and would return for just the great people. Smelled good amd clean and bed were comfy
Disliked: The pool closed so early which is why I even git the hotel for my kids I live locally and we didn't even get to swim it was so disappionting spent 158 basically for breakfast and 20 channels. My kids are sensative to heat and sun so I had hoped to take them swimming when the sun went down. And bc of that I wint be abke to return to this location. I rent a room once a week fir my kids to swim and get out of the house

Need to ensure shuttle service...

Liked: Location was great & staff was awesome.
Disliked: I chose them because they offered airport shuttle service, even provided my flight and arrival time when I made the reservation. Didn’t get to use it. No driver when I arrived and the shuttle only runs from 0700-2000. My flight departed at 0510, so I had to pay for transportation to and from the airport.

Didn’t meet my expectations for...

Liked: Not what I normally expect from a Hampton Inn
Disliked: The room was very old and had a funny odor

Disliked: Room was disappointing for a Hampton. Bathroom was very small. Looks like a budget hotel makeover.

Disliked: Size of room and no good closet Only knobs on the wall to hang clothes. I was going to church function and needed more closet space
