Disliked: Did not like booking outsourced to outside company. Was unable to contact hotel directly. There was confusion ovdr bill and outsourced company slow to respond. Kt all worked out eventually.A

False Alarm or Was It...

Liked: Location
Disliked: A fire alarm happened at 3am on June 3rd for 25 minutes. No response from the front desk and no direct communication of the severity of the situation.

Journey breaker

Liked: Most things: the friendly staff, the comfy beds, the cleanliness, location near shop and restuarant.
Disliked: The poor or non existent choice of gluten free food at breakfast. I had to make do on Yogurt and an omelette ... unlike last week when there was Bananas, fruit salad and hot potato and sausage meat.
