Liked: Staff here is super friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was good. Pool was clean 🫧 Room was spacious
Disliked: Sofa bed, super uncomfortable but they usually arent that amazing anywhere. Room overall was clean but some extra tlc in corners and in nooks could have been better.

Liked: Nice hotel, great location to where we were going to. A few restaurants to choose from near by.

Power outage, had to find...

Liked: Booked for two nights, lost power on day one and had to find another hotel. I was told bt the front desk clerk that I would receive a refund for the second night. The receipt did not reflect the refund. I called the property and was told that I had to go through booking.com for her to provide the refund. I asked to talked to the manager (staff indicated the manager could authorize the refund) and was put into voice mail. I never received a call back or the refund.
