Relaxing from a long drive

Liked: Nice hotel, great location to where we were going to. A few restaurants to choose from near by.

Power outage, had to find...

Liked: Booked for two nights, lost power on day one and had to find another hotel. I was told bt the front desk clerk that I would receive a refund for the second night. The receipt did not reflect the refund. I called the property and was told that I had to go through booking.com for her to provide the refund. I asked to talked to the manager (staff indicated the manager could authorize the refund) and was put into voice mail. I never received a call back or the refund.

Disliked: Furniture in living room needs replacing - worn out!Wifi very spottyNeeds dresser in rooms not just a vegetable bin under TVA few amenities should be available in BR - Qtips, shower cap, assorted sundriesluggage rack needed - particularly when there's no dresser/drawers to put things in
