Liked: The room was clean and smelled clean.
Disliked: Someone who worked there went into my room when we were gone and looked through my luggage. The front desk staff, managers and even corporate have ignored my complaints

Liked: Hotel was clean amd easily located. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable
Disliked: My husband was told by staff member to shit his pants cuz he needed to use the restroom. Also 33am evacuation amd another at 4am

Disliked: Absolutely no forks at Sunday breakfast. Wal-Mart is next door. Staff not smart enough to go buy 100 plastic forks so people could have something other than what you can eat with a spoon. Just one chair in the room.

Liked: The assistant manager I talked to at check in was amazing, she was super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, a good size, and very clean. The breakfast had a decent selection and my son enjoyed it.
Disliked: The man working the front desk when I checked out was kinda rude, when I went to ask him about extending our stay he was just very short and had an attitude for no reason. And also they claimed that the pool was heated and it definitely wasn’t it was very cold
