Disliked: We booked two rooms and one of our party ended up not being able to come for medical reasons so I had talked to the Hampton Inn staff about canceling a room. They agreed to cancel the room and refund the money however, now I’m not able to get a refund. Hampton Inn is telling me that I should never booked through Booking.com. I should’ve gone through them if I wanted to get a refund in a situation like this, therefore I’m never going to be using Booking.com in the future.

Liked: The Continental breakfast and the server in the eating area
Disliked: Poorly lit room. The staff lied to us. They charged us for our dog who serves as a service animal to my wife when we were originally told that there was no fee. The GM and the assistant GM were disrespectful and rude. The GM placed us on the 3rd floor in a room a long way from the elevators which were a necessity for my wife because the GM got mad at a statement I made and I was nice in explaining the situation. We found out through other staff that several other rooms were available that would have been better for my wife with regard to her needs due to a health issue she has.
