Our booking in another town...

Disliked: Was quoted 139.00 on booking.com then billed 159.00 plus 125.00 deposit? Seriously? Tax on 139 is not 20.00. Disappointed about charges being sketchy.

Disliked: They don’t have any policies stated about a $250 security deposit for anyone who lives within 150 miles of their location, they claimed to give back the deposit but they never did, so I was charged $250 for the deposit plus the $139 for the night for the room. They did not tell me about the deposit being so much till after I checked in and provided them with my debit card. They are crooks
