This hotel should not be...
Disliked: AC and Wifi did not work following a power outage. The power outage we understand. The inability to recover basic systems after the power outage is unacceptable. Management made no attempt to compensate for the first miserable night of a two night stay.

Stay somewhere else
Disliked: When we checked in, they gave us our room keys and upon entering our room we realized it was a dirty room. The beds were not made, there were dirty towels on the ground, and the restroom was a mess. When we went back downstairs to advise, no apology was offered. Just chalked it up as “some rooms had broken air conditioners and people had to switch rooms”. Wifi doesn’t work. Location is in the middle of nowhere.

Woderful place to stay!!!!
Liked: We stay just one night for our anniversary, the room was cozy, the bed comfortable, pillows were great, the breakfast was great. The only thing that would have made the breakfast better was if biscuits and grave were served.
Disliked: There wasn't anything i didn't like about our stay. We even ask for a later checkout and it was approved, Great place to stay.

Disliked: the deposit that was not mentioned on the site. the room that the CSR gave us a roommm that wasn't clean. Soaps in the dispenser were empty.

This was not typical of...
Liked: I liked the location relevant to my destination. The bed was comfortable, and temperature was good in the room.
Disliked: I booked four rooms for a work event. Three of us got there first and they were checked in and good. When I arrived, the guy at the front counter said that I had already checked in, which was obviously incorrect. I gave him the print out of the receipt showing I booked four rooms and he said since I didn't check in with the rest, the system cancelled the fourth room. This makes no sense. This was a business trip and all was paid with a business credit card. I had to pay for the fourth room with my personal card and $50 incidentals. He says that Booking.com will refund the fourth room. He was very hard to understand because he did not speak good English. He acted quite confused about the whole situation. My credit card statement shows a $149 charge then refund, then a $199 charge. I saw no refund for the $50. Check Out was no better. The front desk guy said he couldn't print a receipt because I paid through Booking.com. I said no I paid with my card for one room and we went round and round again. Finally got a receipt so I can get reimbursed. In one of the rooms, there was black mold in the shower, and one of the beds was not made upon check in. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns, but this was the worst. The breakfast was pitiful. No muffins, bagels, toast, orange juice, or waffles. They had dry cereal. Luckily the training center that we were going to provided breakfast. I have a reservation for June for the same training, but I will be cancelling it with this hotel.
