I'll always stay here when...

Liked: Huge parking lot. I was pulling a 30' boat with my truck.
Disliked: The guy behind the desk in the morning that I left was a little bit insincere. I asked a question about my deposit and his reaction was less than professional.

Liked: Space in the room and hallways,convenient items inside the room and vending machine for ICE accessibility.Ex. Microwave and small fridge.We also did like the lady who was helping at the dining room at breakfast- she was helpful with everybody.Of all the employees there she was the only person who had manners.
Disliked: The room was freshly painted when we arrived without notice.I was with a 3 and 4yrs old kids.We went inside the room and smell the odour, my white shirt got painted as it rub on a corner of the dresser by the tv.Called the receptionist and was not aware of the paint. Offered to have housekeeping to come up and clean and I asked how?as you can’t clean a paint and removed them.The receptionist then right away stated to refund our money without asking me and my kids if we are comfortable.I then said to her, that’s not my point.Can you offer us a different room and said no other room is available and she then said again for the refund and ended the conversation.that was after 4pm conversation and if I wasn’t tired we would have left the property.We decided to leave the property for a few hours so instead of resting I decided to take the kids to adventure park after being all day at waterpark just to let the paint smell subsides and be able to sleep at night.The next day- we went down for breakfast- 2 receptionist are at the front no traffic what so ever, I greeted them good morning but did not respond at all.Another thing that I was not impressed- using disposable utensils during breakfast.

i'm very pleased and satisfied...

Liked: the moment i stepped inside the property, i knew i made an excellent choice...it was clean, the staff are friendly, the pool obviously was well maintained, breakfast was delicious
Disliked: non

Great hotel & facilities.

Liked: The staff were excellent and breakfast was great too! The room was comfy and well appointed. We’ll be back.
Disliked: FOX News. Even if we were in the U.S., this is poor quality news and we would expect news from Canada, perhaps Global Vancouver or CBC. This was a big disappointment as it makes the Hampton Inn seem lower quality & U.S. biased.
