Excellent experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and eager to please and assist.

Liked: Room was perfect and front desk staff answered all questions concerning restaurants, Uber and local shopping.
Disliked: Limited parking but didn’t mind using valet parking.

Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Parking was non existent; paid $35 to valet car.

Liked: The staff was super nice + the rooms were very clean! Easy access to the train to head to the city and many places to eat & shop within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area!
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Liked: Ease of check-in via the mobile app but...
Disliked: I checked in remotely and selected Room 606 away from the elevator. By the time I arrived, I was reassigned to room 612 near the elevator which I could hear. And the room's air condition was bloody noisy all nite. Be care of the mobile check-in experience.

Housekeeping needs to knock

Liked: Had a huge leak in our room that no staff seemed to take seriously. Our luggage was soaked and we had to wear shoes in the living room. House keeper did not knock but rather walked in on my standing in the living room in my panties!
Disliked: Having housekeeping walk in on me undressed without knocking or anything was horrible.

Superb

Liked: Claire, the hotel host, provided excellent directions for trying out local establishments.The hotel staff were very helpful during my check-in and check-out, which made a great impression.
