Excellent experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and eager to please and assist.

Liked: Room was perfect and front desk staff answered all questions concerning restaurants, Uber and local shopping.
Disliked: Limited parking but didn’t mind using valet parking.

Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Parking was non existent; paid $35 to valet car.

Housekeeping needs to knock

Liked: Had a huge leak in our room that no staff seemed to take seriously. Our luggage was soaked and we had to wear shoes in the living room. House keeper did not knock but rather walked in on my standing in the living room in my panties!
Disliked: Having housekeeping walk in on me undressed without knocking or anything was horrible.

Great location

Liked: Location near station was amazing. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby too.
Disliked: My son has food allergies and there wasn’t much on the free breakfast that he could eat. Milk alternative would have been good as only alternative was Almond milk but no good for someone with a dairy and nut allergy.

Liked: room was quiet and clean. Shower was great lots of water pressure. Breakfast was ok - no plant based milks so I had fruit and a bagel.
Disliked: Turn off the music that's blaring at the valet drop off/pick up
