Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: The facilities appeared to be nice visually, our room was nice looking and large, there were no issues and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I am pretty certain there were bed bugs, there was this strange rank smell that goes along with having bed bugs that the hotel room and entire floor had. Also, my daughter woke up with itchy bites all over her abdomen!

We had a fantastic visit to Chicago , minus the smell, would highly recommend.

Liked: Staff was awesome and very welcoming! Great location with a beautiful view. All around really nice.
Disliked: We stayed on the 2nd floor and it had a very bad sewage smell. The smell also lingered in the bathroom and front area of the room. We tried keeping drains shut but still smelled pretty bad.
