Excellent experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and eager to please and assist.

Liked: Room was perfect and front desk staff answered all questions concerning restaurants, Uber and local shopping.
Disliked: Limited parking but didn’t mind using valet parking.

Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Parking was non existent; paid $35 to valet car.

waste of moneu

Liked: staff was rude and inconsistent
Disliked: they had said multiple times our dogs were barking when we were still in the hotel and could hear them not bark

Liked: The breakfast was great and the complimentary tea/coffee 24/7 is a nice touch. Staff was very accommodating and the area is great to walk around and eat at a variety of restaurants.
