Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Parking was non existent; paid $35 to valet car.

Great hotel for a visit...

Liked: Carlos and the front staff were excellent. They were good at trying to accommodate request and explaining well at times if they could not. Very helpful with storing our belongings before and after checkout which was very important to our situation.
Disliked: It's a little pricey.

This hotel had everything I...

Liked: I loved how friendly the reception staff were. Carlos, Reena and Gerard were incredibly helpful and made sure that I had a great experience. Breakfast was so good! The room was great and the beds were very comfortable!Location is good. Lots of places to eat and to shop around.

Enjoyed my stay but that...

Liked: Good location very clean and comfortable Carlos was amazing
Disliked: Night reception clerk was very unfriendly and unapproachable I stood outside for 10 minutes because I couldn't get in with my key card and run the Bell three times and did not get a response came down to go check out and had to go find her and knock on the door because there was nobody around if something was to happen there at night nobody would know cuz the night time cork is never at the desk
