Liked: Breakfast options were good with plenty of options. Brownie points for having a waffle machine. We definitely enjoyed the complementary 24-hr access coffee/tea lounge area. Clean rooms WITH washcloths ( I know, it probably is not that exciting for any of my American neighbors, but my family and I just returned from Europe where most hotels do NOT provide washcloths). So… I’m just sayin’ thanks for providing the standard. And I would even say you could offer multiple wash cloths for people who might have to shower twice before they leave. Loved the location for easy walk to the South Shoreline Train at Millennium Station that takes you to South Bend. Early check-in was available. Fresh towels in the gym area. Business center was great with nearby bathrooms that offered complimentary feminine products.
Disliked: When I used the gym there were no sanitizer bottles or rags/wipes to wipe down the machine. Please introduce this into your care for the gym as well as updating your water dispenser as it was out of water. I work at a gym and we provide plenty of sanitizing stations to represent cleanliness and safety. Thank you for considering this.

Liked: The front desk staff was helpful and kind.
Disliked: The day before my arrival, I was relocated to a different hotel about 3.3 miles away due to maintenance. I wish I was told earlier so I could have planned around this change. I had a minor issue with the bathroom, which maintenance was slow to address.
