Pleasant stay in downtown Chicago.

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding. Very comfortable hotel.
Disliked: Parking was expensive. $71 per day. Turned our rental in after the first day because of parking cost. You do not need a car, car ride services and public transportation is readily available.

Disliked: Thermostat didn't work in the first room, then I went to talk to front desk lady. Said she would fix and it would take 45 min to reset. But 2hours later still nothing. Then I had to go back down stairs jus to get a down graded room with a terrible view

Liked: The location is perfect for downtown activities.
Disliked: The only comments we have are the treadmills weren’t working, the room was a bit small and the breakfast sausages weren’t very good.
