An exceptional stay in Chicago...

Liked: Well located in the downtown area easy access to any public transits. Luckily we were granted to check in very early after midnight flight from SFO.
Disliked: None.

Overall, didn’t ruin our stay,...

Disliked: Staff first gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, as keycard dud not work. Assigned to a different room. Light was flickering so couldn’t use it. Toilet paper holder was broke and the TP kept falling on the floor. Questionable dirt/mold on bathtub.

Ok people were friendly

Liked: I was not expecting to pay the $71.00 a night for the parking . I thought that was a lot of cost for that to pay for parking.
Disliked: Price didn't include the parking the fee . Very high in my opinion.
