Chattanooga is great, but overall...

Liked: Location, breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and unfortunately, housekeeping never came by to clean or restock our room. With a child, this quickly became inconvenient—towels ran out, and the trash bins were overflowing. We asked the front desk a couple of times, but nothing was done. To be fair, the housekeeping staff we saw around the property seemed friendly and hardworking—we just never got service in our room for some reason.Outside the room, the pool area was consistently dirty. The water had visible debris and particulate matter floating in it, which made it feel neglected and unclean. Adding to that, the hotel is located next to an apartment complex, and we noticed random individuals who didn’t appear to be guests walking onto the property and using the pool. That raised some real concerns around security and guest experience.We tried to make the best of it, but these issues added up and made the stay feel poorly managed overall.

Liked: Location is great, staff was super friendly and having an indoor and outdoor pool with a slide was a plus. They had a variety to choose for the breakfast and staff was there to help.

Great comfortable place to stay...

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. We were able to get first floor room! The room was spacious, with plenty of amenities. The bathroom was clean, with great lighting. Breakfast has ample choices of tasty food.
Disliked: Bathroom sink was extremely slow in draining.
