Room price was good; clean; friendly staff; I would stay there again.

Liked: Friendly staff; shuttles; clean; breakfast was included; close to things to do that are in walking distance.
Disliked: Parking fee for the hotel!

Liked: Cleanliness.

Disliked: The shuttle would not take us to the Arts District for the concert- which started at 5:30 and was over by 8:30. This was listed as one of the amenities and is one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. The Neighborhood Theatre was within the 3 mile radius.

Overall it wasn’t a bad...

Liked: The hotel is in a good location. Close enough to the main park of Charlotte. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room had a little bit of black mold right above the bathroom doorway due to no ventilation in the bathroom. The sliding door to the bathroom was also hard to pull shut. Had to use both hands! You could also tell the door had sustained water damage.

Disliked: Pool was unavailable & needed repairs. NO PORK MEAT SUBSTITUTE for breakfast. Breakfast attendant follows you around the breakfast area.

Liked: Location, upper floor, view.
Disliked: Trip from parking lot to hotel. Rusty stuck door entry from garage to hallway of room floor. Awkward for entry with luggage.

Liked: It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I loved it.

Liked: Everything was amazing!! Except I paid for a whirlpool room and didn't get it. My wife and I was REALLY looking forward to that!!
