Room price was good; clean; friendly staff; I would stay there again.

Liked: Friendly staff; shuttles; clean; breakfast was included; close to things to do that are in walking distance.
Disliked: Parking fee for the hotel!

Liked: Cleanliness.

Disliked: The shuttle would not take us to the Arts District for the concert- which started at 5:30 and was over by 8:30. This was listed as one of the amenities and is one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. The Neighborhood Theatre was within the 3 mile radius.

Liked: the hotel itself seemed pretty clean, we had to wait a little longer for our room to be ready, even though we were there at check in. the bathroom was still dirty with hair on the soaps and shower curtain, the room has 1 king size bed even though i specifically asked for the 2 queen sizes as we had 3 guests. my brother ended up not wanting the confrontation about the room situation, seeing as how it took longer to get a room as is and we had somewhere to be and needed to get ready, and decided to sleep on the pull out couch instead. the shampoo bottle was completely empty, and we had absolutely no toilet paper and had to go down to the front desk to retrieve some. the hotel and the room was nice but the clean up and situations that presented itself around the 1 night stay were less than ideal, i’d stay somewhere else next time.
