Perfect location for enjoying Charleston. I will return again and make this my home away from home.

I would stay at this hotel again. It is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and it was quiet, clean and modern - had everything we needed.

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: I have already spoken with the manager of the hotel regarding my stay and she suggested that I reach out through who I booked with for a refund because there were some issues I experienced with some miscommunication from a staff member upon check in, ants in the bathroom of my room, the room not being cleaned after the issue was reported, ants still being present after maintenance telling me it was handled (I have videos of the ants and one photo), the phone not working, and the blow dryer in the room not working. Only other problem I had with the room was that there was no view from my window. It was very confined and depressing to look out of like being in a hospital.
