Laura and the staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast.

Liked: Very good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lesson learned - if you want a particular type of room at a hotel, book directly. Because we booked online, we did not get the room we reserved and the hotel was overbooked. How that happens in this day and age is beyond me.

Liked: Clean rooms; close to Volvo Car Stadium and Daniel Island "downtown" area;
Disliked: The hotel overbooked so we did not get the room we had reserved 5 months in advance. We reserved a room with king bed - we ended up with a handicapped room with 2 double beds. When we checked in, the clerk didn't tell us that - we only discovered it when we walked into the room.

Liked: Wonderful hospitality!

Liked: The breakfast provided a nice selection. Food was warm & tasty. Had lots of different items for everyone. Facility was clean. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Bedding was worn. Mattress not comfortable. Could use a refresher.

Disliked: You need to put a Matt and n the shower it was very slick and I felt it was dangerous-I didn’t ask the desk for one since I was only staying one night but just thought I’d pass that suggestion to you !
