Friendly and modern hotel stay

Liked: Super friendly welcome at the front desk on arrival. Had a sea view (well boats!) on the ground floor. I always prefer an upper but it was one night. Clean and super comfortable bed. Soft and huge pillows. Charging ports abound. Walked to the pizza place nearby for salad bar. The breakfast was free and standard American fare. .
Disliked: Minor point but could hear creaks from people upstairs walking about which can be annoying!
