Hampton Inn By Hilton Champaign/Urbana

Very nice suite but outdated decor. Front desk didn't notify us when they received our food delivery.

Liked: Very spacious and clean.
Disliked: Whirlpool wasn't big enough.

Overall nice hotel with really comfortable beds, up to date decor, helpful staff, and good breakfast.

Liked: Loved the 24 hour tea and coffee bar.
Disliked: Took longer than usual to check in.

Liked: The location near the University of Illinois was great. The breakfast surpassed most Hampton Inn breakfasts we have experienced. Nice Lobby.
Disliked: We have stayed in Hampton Inns all over the country. This is the first Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in that did NOT have an in room refrigerator. The pool was being repaired. Ice machine in disrepair on our floor.

Liked: I had to cancel.
Disliked: The pool hasn't been operational in months! The property didn't notify me ahead of time. My whole trip centered around my autistic son swimming. I asked to cancel. Staff gave me a hard time, manager cancelled reluctantly. I have to see if they try to sneak charges on my card.

The employees are very nice!!!
