Fantastic hotel with awesome staff!

Liked: First impressions were great. We were met by a friendly staff member, Ness. We were checked in quickly and found our room to be clean, modern and well presented. It was relatively spacious and the TV was big. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of choices. We felt really comfortable and welcomed at all times.
Disliked: Nothing. It was great!

Disliked: Not good value for money. The room is shortage of basic toiletries, water, etc. Even when you asked to the staff, they failed to provide.

Liked: The hotel is very central. The car parking arrangement is excellent - yes, it's £25 but that's a big discount on the standard parking charge in the centre of Canterbury and you can go in and out as often as you like for 24 hours. The room was a bit small but very comfortable, with plenty of sockets. The bathroom was excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The vegan juice tasted a bit weird - what's wrong with simple orange juice?! There was sliced white or brown bread for toasting - a wider choice of bread would have been nice. There was marmalade, jam or honey as a spread - the jam was the cheapest strawberry available so not great. (But there were other choices including full cooked breakfast, so most people would be happy.)
