Liked: Super friendly staff and excellent location

Convenient and comfortable.

Liked: A real gem in the centre of Canterbury. An easy walk from the train station. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was ample with plenty of variety.
Disliked: I wasn't sure how to work the air conditioning.

Wonderful stay and lovely staff!

Liked: It has an excellent location right in the heart of the city.
Disliked: Sort of some music vibrations from the adjacent bar which i think from the hotel premise at night and is quite distrubing while having a nights rest.

Very poor

Disliked: It smelled really bad because of sewage work been done recently and room was really cold the heater was not working. They told us we couldn't move you to new room since all the rooms are booked for Easter.

Good price for a hotel...

Liked: The hotel was right in the center of Canterbury, the hotel is very modern and has all the facilities.
Disliked: Check in is too late and could be earlier. The breakfast area is too packed.
