Good value, comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was good but not excellent. Location was very convenient for sightseeing.
Disliked: Wi fi did not work properly for a second phone.

Disliked: Parking charges £100 for 4 nights stay,absolutely scandalous and would stop me booking the hotel again sadly

We stayed here last year...

Liked: We loved the location, the hotel is well presented and the staff are exceptional.
Disliked: The only improvement would be to have a choice of eggs at breakfast not just scrambled.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is in the middle of everything in Canterbury town center. Very good location, near the sightseeing and the mall (supermarket and other shops). Staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and very trendy. Our booking included breakfast which is a very bonus point to it. Breakfast is a buffet with everything you can think of, even waffle machine. The room is clean with enough space. There are lots of hotel guest but it's not too overwhelming. We're probably lucky that we were there on Thursday to Saturday not on the weekend. The opposite bar is also very good, recommend!
Disliked: Even though the hotel location is in the town center, how to get there with our large luggage is kind of a struggle. Still it is good that the hotel is not too far from the small town center road but the car/van is not able to park for too long as the road is very small. I booked without knowing that the car can not reach the front of the hotel. So beware of that.
